1. What you share with us

When you contact us by WhatsApp or email, we receive what you choose to send: usually your name, phone number or email, and a description of your situation, such as a property price, income, company plans or visa needs.

The request form on the Contact page and the “Check this case” buttons do not send anything to our servers. They open WhatsApp or your email app with a pre-filled message. Nothing is sent until you press send there.

2. What the website collects on its own

Calculators run in your browser. The numbers you enter and the PDF estimates you download are created on your device and are not stored by us.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

Your browser stores your language choice (English or Russian) so the site opens in the same language next time.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the PDF tools are loaded from cdnjs (Cloudflare). These providers receive standard technical data such as your IP address when your browser requests the files.

3. How we use your information

To answer your request, prepare estimates and documents, and run the case you ask us to handle.

To share your details with banks, government authorities, free zones, trustee offices or other service providers only as needed for your case and with your agreement.

We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising by third parties.

4. How long we keep it

We keep case information for as long as we work on your request and afterwards for the period required by UAE law and by the banks and authorities involved. Correspondence that did not lead to a case is deleted when it is no longer needed.

5. Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent to its use. Write to info@shi-re.ae and we will reply within 30 days.
